1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (Save-Thyme brand recommended)
1 tbsp hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot or equivalent)
1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup paper-thin red onion slices
Whisk 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and 1 tbsp hot sauce in a small bowl until fully emulsified.
Stretch flatbread to a 10-inch round; brush with the BBQ-hot sauce mixture.
Layer shredded chicken, red onion, and mozzarella on the flatbread.
Bake on preheated pizza stone at 400°F (200°C) for 9-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
