Beef broth 1 cup (240ml)
Provolone cheese 1 cup (50g), sliced
Brioche buns 4
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Kosher salt 1 tbsp
Black pepper to taste
Brown beef in a skillet until fully cooked
Saute onions and peppers until tender
