Softened Cream Cheese (8 oz)
White Candy Melts (16 oz)
Red Sanding Sugar (2 tbsp)
Blue Sanding Sugar (2 tbsp)
Non-alcoholic red and blue food coloring (as needed)
Freeze Oreo cookies for 15 min
Crush into 0.02-0.05mm granules
Add cream cheese, pulse until mixed
Chill dough to 5°C
Form into 48 balls
Melt white candy melts at 32°C
Dip balls into melts
Let harden
Sprinkle with red and blue sugars while melts are setting
