Chicken wings, 2 lbs (split at joints)
Hot honey sauce, 1/3 cup (85g)
Lemon pepper seasoning, 1 tbsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Smoked paprika, 1 tsp
Coarse salt, 1 tsp
Black pepper, 1/2 tsp (freshly ground)
Cornstarch, 2 tbsp
Baking powder, 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil, 2 tbsp (30ml)
Pat wings dry with paper towels
Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cornstarch, and baking powder in a bowl. Add oil and mix until granular
Coat each wing evenly in mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Double-dip half the wings for extra crunch
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Cook wings in single layer 10-12 minutes, flip, and cook 10-13 minutes total
Heat hot honey sauce with 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning. Toss cooked wings to coat
Use air fryer basket for even airflow. Adjust lemon pepper to spice preference. Verify hot honey sauce is alcohol-free if store-bought
