Ingredients

1.5 lbs (700g) chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1″ cubes
1 cup grated parmesan
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp extra-virginia olive oil
1 tbsp Herbes de Provence (or Italian seasoning)

Instructions

Cube chicken and store in a bowl
Mix parmesan, garlic, olive oil, and herbs in a separate bowl
Coat chicken pieces evenly with marinade
Thread onto metal skewers (4-5 pieces per skewer)
Grill at 400°F (existing direct heat zone) for 15 minutes
Flip and grill 5 minutes until golden

Notes

Use paper towels to blot excess marinade before skewering
Soak wooden skewers 30 minutes before use
