2 chicken breasts (6 oz each, pounded to ½-inch thickness)
1/4 cup full-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (hard Italian rind preferred)

Instructions

Let chicken sit at room temperature 15 minutes
Pound breasts to even ½-inch thickness
Pat dry with paper towels
Spread 1 tbsp mayo evenly on top of each breast
