1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
2 tablespoons paprika

2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Pat chicken dry and season generously with salt
Whisk flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne, pepper, and half of melted butter into bowl
Submerge chicken into buttermilk, then dredge in spice mixture pressing to adhere
