Chicken broth (1/2 cup) – Low sodium (<300mg/8oz)
Mozzarella cheese (1 cup) – Low-moisture part skim
Olive oil (2 tbsp) – 3.5% oleic acid PDO certified
Refined sea salt (3/4 tsp)

Instructions

Allow chicken to reach room temperature
Pat breast surfaces completely dry with paper towels
