Experience a vibrant, balanced meal that marries tender, juicy chicken breast with sweet, caramelized stone fruit. This air fryer recipe uses high-heat convection to achieve a crisp sear while developing a natural, sticky glaze from honey, soy sauce, and ripe peaches. It is a streamlined, healthy way to enjoy restaurant-quality depth at home without the grease of traditional frying. Brightened with fresh lemon zest, this dish is perfect for a quick yet sophisticated weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb (450g) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 large fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
1 tbsp fresh lemon zest
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, and lemon zest.
Place the cubed chicken and sliced peaches in a large bowl and toss with the honey-soy-lemon mixture.
Brush or coat the air fryer basket with the olive oil to prevent sticking.
Arrange the chicken and peach mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning.
Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the peaches are tender and lightly charred.
Serve immediately while warm over a bed of jasmine rice or quinoa.

Notes

Ensure chicken pieces are uniform in size to guarantee even cooking. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; work in two batches if necessary. If the glaze begins to brown too quickly, tent the basket with foil for the final 5 minutes.
