A zesty, creamy dessert combining tart key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk in a buttery graham cracker crust. Fresh and clean with zero pork or alcohol.

Graham cracker crumbs 1–1/2 cups (135 g)
Melted butter 1/3 cup (85 g)
Sweetened condensed milk 3 cups (710 g)
Sour cream 1/2 cup (120 g)
Key lime juice 3/4 cup (from 10–12 limes)
Lime zest 1 tbsp
Whipped cream To garnish
Graham cracker crumbs (optional) For crust reinforcement

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter for crust
Press mixture into a pie dish to form a tight base
Bake crust for 8 minutes and let cool
In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, key lime juice, and lime zest
Pour filling into cooled crust
Bake for 10 minutes (do not overbake)
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving
Garnish with whipped cream

Notes

Use non-preserved key limes for authentic flavor
Avoid pre-sweetened graham crackers
Chilling solidifies the filling for clean slicing
Store in refrigerator up to 3 days
